Terms of Service

Overview

Welcome to Re-Gen Labs. Throughout this agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” represent Re-Gen Labs. By providing our website, tools, content, and products (collectively termed the “Services”), we aim to deliver a specialized shopping experience to you, the consumer. Your legal rights, obligations, and the rules governing your use of our Services are detailed in these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and any connected policies.

By accessing our site or utilizing our Services, you consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This document contains crucial details regarding your legal rights, including liability limits, mandatory arbitration, and warranty disclaimers, so please review it thoroughly. You must cease use of our Services immediately if you do not agree with these conditions.

1. Account Registration and Access

• Age Requirements: You confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your region of residence, and you grant permission for any of your minor dependents to access the Services via your managed devices.
• Accurate Information: You may be required to supply shipping, billing, payment, and email details to browse or purchase from our store. You guarantee that all provided data is accurate, up-to-date, and complete, and that you hold the right to share this information.
• Account Security: You retain sole responsibility for all actions taken under your account and for keeping your login credentials safe. Selling, licensing, or transferring your account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Offerings

• Visual Accuracy: While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible online, screen settings and device types may alter the appearance or colors of the items.
• Expectations: We cannot guarantee that the physical products or services will flawlessly align with your personal expectations or the exact digital representations on our site.
• Modifications: Product descriptions can be altered at our sole discretion and without prior warning. We maintain the right to discontinue items at any moment and may restrict sales quantities based on individual users or geographic regions.

3. Order Processing

• Acceptance: Placing an order acts as an offer to buy. Re-Gen Labs retains the ultimate right to approve or reject any order for any reason.
• Payment and Confirmation: An order is only finalized once we have confirmed acceptance and successfully processed your payment.
• Cancellations: Ensure your order details are accurate before submitting, as we may not be able to process cancellation requests once an order is approved. If an order is cancelled or modified by us, we will try to reach out using the contact details provided at checkout.
• Returns: Exchanges and returns are governed exclusively by our distinct Refund Policy.
• Usage Limitations: You confirm that all items purchased are intended for research use and will not be exported or resold commercially.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing Changes: We may adjust discounts, promotions, and prices without advance notice. You will be billed the price active at the exact moment of your order, which will reflect in your confirmation email.
• Additional Fees: Unless explicitly stated, displayed prices exclude handling, shipping, taxes, and import or customs fees.
• Price Discrepancies: Online prices may vary from those found in physical retail locations or third-party stores. Should a specific promotional policy conflict with these general Terms, the promotional rules will take precedence.
• Billing Information: You must provide truthful and updated account and payment data to facilitate smooth transactions and allow us to contact you if necessary.
• Payment Authorization: By purchasing, you warrant that your credit card details are accurate, you are authorized to use the card, your card provider will honor the charges, and you agree to pay all listed prices including taxes and shipping.

5. Subscription and Recurring Billing

If you enroll in a subscription or recurring delivery service through Re-Gen Labs, you agree to continuous, automatic billing based on your selected frequency. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We do not guarantee delivery timelines, as all provided dates are simply estimates. Re-Gen Labs is not liable for shipping delays caused by uncontrollable events, customs, or courier carriers. The risk of loss and ownership of the products transfer to you the moment we hand the items over to the shipping provider.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: Re-Gen Labs, alongside its licensors and affiliates, holds the rights to all Services, encompassing audio, video, graphics, text, reviews, branding, and layouts. These are shielded by international copyright, patent, and intellectual property laws.
• Permitted Use: You are granted access to the Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, copy, republish, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. No unstated rights or licenses are granted to you, and unauthorized utilization may violate state or federal laws.
• Trademarks: Slogans, logos, and brand names belonging to Re-Gen Labs cannot be utilized without prior written consent. All other third-party trademarks belong to their rightful owners.

8. Copyright Infringement Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon within our Services, please send a formal notice to our support email detailing the original work, where the alleged infringement is located on our site, and your contact information. We reserve the right to remove disputed content and terminate the accounts of repeat offenders.

9. Third-Party Tools

We may offer access to optional third-party customer tools. Because we do not monitor or control these resources, they are provided “as available” and “as is” without any endorsement or warranty. Using these tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the terms provided by the third-party creators. Any future tools or features added to the Services will also be governed by these Terms.

10. External Links

Our Services might feature links or embedded materials directing you to external third-party websites. We do not evaluate the accuracy of these external sites and hold no liability for their content, products, or any damages resulting from your use of them. You must review the policies of these third parties before making transactions, and any grievances regarding third-party items must be addressed directly with them.

11. Privacy Data

Your personal data collected through our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By interacting with the Services, you confirm you have reviewed this policy. Your information may be transmitted to third-party partners and service providers globally to facilitate our Services to you.

12. User Feedback and Generated Content

• Usage Rights: If you submit reviews, ideas, suggestions, profile images, forum posts, or other user-generated content (collectively “Feedback”), you provide us with a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, and sublicensable license to publish, alter, and utilize that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial endeavours.
• Obligations: We are not required to keep your Feedback confidential, compensate you for it, or reply to it. You guarantee that you hold the rights to your Feedback, have disclosed any compensations tied to it, and that it adheres to these Terms.
• Content Restrictions: We reserve the right–but not the obligation–to delete or edit user-generated content that we deem offensive, illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of intellectual property laws. Your submissions must not infringe on third-party rights, contain malware, or originate from a fraudulent email address. You are solely liable for the accuracy of your content, and we take no responsibility for materials posted by users.

13. Information Inaccuracies

Occasionally, our Services may feature omissions or typographical errors regarding product availability, shipping times, or pricing. We hold the right to correct these inaccuracies and update information or cancel orders at any time without prior warning, even after an order has been finalized.

14. Restricted Activities

You are permitted to use the Services exclusively for lawful reasons. You are strictly forbidden from utilizing the Services to:

• Perform malicious or illegal acts, or violate any local, federal, or international laws.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property of Re-Gen Labs or others.
• Intimidate, defame, harass, or harm anyone, including our staff.
• Share deceptive or false data, or impersonate another entity.
• Distribute spam, chain letters, or unsolicited promotions.
• Upload malware or viruses that disrupt the Services or the internet.
• Scrape, track, or collect other people’s personal data.
• Bypass our security protocols or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Services.

Violating these restrictions empowers us to terminate or suspend your account without notice.

15. Agreement Termination

We hold the authority to revoke your access to the Services at our discretion and without warning. You will remain responsible for any outstanding payments accrued prior to termination. Clauses regarding Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property, Warranties, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Privacy will survive the termination of this agreement.

16. Warranty Disclaimers

Data provided on our Services is for general information only, and relying on it is at your own risk. We do not promise that the information is perfectly complete or completely accurate. All products and Services are delivered on an “AS AVAILABLE” and “AS IS” basis. Except where explicitly stated, we disclaim all implied or express warranties, including those of durability, fitness for a specific purpose, and merchantability. We do not guarantee that the Services will operate securely, without interruption, or free from errors. (Note: Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to everyone).

17. Limitations on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Re-Gen Labs, alongside its employees, directors, partners, and affiliates, will not be held liable for any indirect, direct, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Services or products. We are not liable for any content errors or damages incurred through utilizing the Services, regardless of whether the claim is based on strict liability, tort, or contract, even if we were informed of the possibility of such damages.

18. Force Majeure

Re-Gen Labs shall not be held legally liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations (including, but not limited to, fulfilling orders, shipping delays, or site downtime) when such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes acts of God, natural disasters, global pandemics, government mandates, wars, strikes, or severe supply chain disruptions.

19. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Re-Gen Labs and its associates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including legal fees) initiated by a third party resulting from your violation of laws, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms. We will alert you to any such claims, though a delay in notification does not waive your obligations. We reserve the right to assume the defence of the claim at your expense, and you agree to cooperate fully with our defence efforts. You may not settle claims requiring non-monetary actions on our part without our permission.

20. Severability Clause

If any section of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court, that specific portion will be severed from the agreement. The remainder of the Terms of Service will continue to be fully valid and enforceable to the highest extent permissible by law.

21. Entire Agreement and Waivers

Our failure to strictly enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to do so in the future. These Terms, combined with any operational rules posted on our site, represent the complete understanding between you and Re-Gen Labs. They replace all previous oral or written agreements. Any confusion regarding the interpretation of these Terms will not be held against the party that drafted them.

22. Rights of Assignment

You are prohibited from transferring, delegating, or assigning your rights or duties under this agreement without our direct written consent. Any attempt to do so is invalid. Conversely, Re-Gen Labs may assign or transfer its obligations and rights without needing your consent or providing notice.

23. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes connected to these Terms or our Services will be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

24. Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration

In the interest of resolving disputes quickly and cost-effectively, you and Re-Gen Labs agree that any legal claim or dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in a court of general jurisdiction. You also agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Re-Gen Labs.

25. Section Headings

The titles and headings within this document are provided strictly for reading convenience and do not alter or limit the actual terms.

26. Modifications to the Terms

The latest version of the Terms can be viewed on this page at any time. We maintain the right to modify or replace portions of this agreement by updating our website. It is your duty to review the site regularly for modifications. If material changes are made, we will notify you per applicable laws, and your ongoing use of the Services after updates are posted signifies your agreement to the new Terms.
