If you enroll in a subscription or recurring delivery service through Re-Gen Labs, you agree to continuous, automatic billing based on your selected frequency. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We do not guarantee delivery timelines, as all provided dates are simply estimates. Re-Gen Labs is not liable for shipping delays caused by uncontrollable events, customs, or courier carriers. The risk of loss and ownership of the products transfer to you the moment we hand the items over to the shipping provider.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: Re-Gen Labs, alongside its licensors and affiliates, holds the rights to all Services, encompassing audio, video, graphics, text, reviews, branding, and layouts. These are shielded by international copyright, patent, and intellectual property laws.
• Permitted Use: You are granted access to the Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Clauses regarding Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property, Warranties, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Privacy will survive the termination of this agreement.

21. Entire Agreement and Waivers

Our failure to strictly enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to do so in the future. These Terms, combined with any operational rules posted on our site, represent the complete understanding between you and Re-Gen Labs. They replace all previous oral or written agreements. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes connected to these Terms or our Services will be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

24. Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration

In the interest of resolving disputes quickly and cost-effectively, you and Re-Gen Labs agree that any legal claim or dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in a court of general jurisdiction. You also agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Re-Gen Labs.
